Trigger warning: Assault, stabbing
A Dunkin' Donuts employee was stabbed during an argument with a customer over a donut. The incident reportedly occurred in a Dunkin' Donuts store in Union City on Saturday night when a customer confronted a 17-year-old female employee over an order. As per Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the confrontation which was caught on camera shows the unidentified man whipping out a knife at the employee, who promptly says, "Don't touch me," as she pushes him away. Another woman shouts for the scuffle to "Stop!" as the employee and the man exchange punches. At a point during the confrontation, the man's shoe comes off as he and the victim tough it out. The teen can be seen backing away, with both of them disappearing from the frame while another employee rushes to break the scuffle. The fight broke out "due to him not being able to get what he wanted."

The man pulled up to the drive-thru, drove off before coming back into the restaurant several minutes later to hunt for the employee, as per the arrest report. The duo argued for a few minutes before things escalated and they exchanged punches. That's when the customer brandished his knife and swung it at the teen several times. According to WAGA-TV, the attack occurred over the unavailability of a donut flavor. When cops arrived at the scene they found the teen lying on the floor with a cut on her left arm; she reportedly refused medical treatment. Meanwhile, police are said to be on the hunt for the man whom they will be charging with aggravated assault.
Although surveillance cameras failed to capture the man's license plate number, it is being reported that he arrived in an Audi. According to SacBee, Jerome Turner, a police officer with the Union City Police spoke to Fox 5 and said: "They both engaged in a physical dispute between each other and once that happened, then he (the suspect) of course pulled out a knife." The Union City police are urging people with any information regarding the man's whereabouts to come forward and help them bring him to justice. "We just don’t want him showing up at another Dunkin’ Donuts or any other business or anywhere in public and having the temper where he can make this kind of an assault," Turner added.
